2. If the ring you received is defective or of lower quality than you expected, we will accept the return or refund of the ring within 30 days. Please take high-resolution photos of damaged or defective rings and send them to us by email. Because we need these pictures to understand the location of the damage or defect, then we will resend to you the new ring.

3. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will accept your return and refund within 15 days from the date of delivery.
