What is your Return Policy?
If you don't engrave on the inside of the ring, you can return it within one month of receiving the product. We will refund you. If the product has quality problems, we bear the postage. If not, you will need to pay the shipping fee.
What is your Exchange Policy?
Lifetime warranty for size exchange and any damage. If the product is damaged or wrong size, we will replace it for you with free shipping. You can send email to our customer service. We bear the postage within one month, and you need to pay shipping fee if more than one month.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
What if I order the wrong size ring?
We will replace it for free within 30 days after purchase, you can contact with our customer service team.
What ring size should I buy?

The most common widths for men's wedding rings are 6 mm and 8 mm. And 2 mm to 6 mm wide rings are most common for women.

Yes, all our rings offer engraving for free. Text, handwriting and fingerprint engraving are available.
Do you offer Free Express Shipping?
