At Find U Rings, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of jewelry we create. We understand how important your jewelry is to you, which is why we offer a Lifetime Warranty to cover any manufacturing defects.

Our Lifetime Warranty includes:

Manufacturing Defects: Our Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacturing defects on our jewelry at no cost to you. If you believe your item is experiencing a manufacturing issue, please contact us and we will assist you in handling it.

Size Adjustments: We offer one resizing (within 2 full sizes) of your FUR rings. Please contact us via email for further evaluation and assistance.

How to Make a Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty service, please follow these steps:

1. Details of what type of service that is being requested.

2. Take clear photos of the jewelry that show the defect or issue.

3. Provide a screenshot of your order number.

Please send us an email to support@findurings.com with the above information to get the warranty service process started. Once we've received your information, our team will review the details and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your warranty service.

Return Shipping & Fees

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as a $10 reshipping fee.

The Fine Print

While we are committed to keeping your jewelry in top condition, some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

• Discoloration or fading due to exposure to swimming pools, hot tubs, bathing or harsh chemicals found in everyday products.

• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, minor scuffs, and other signs of everyday use over time.

• Accidental or improper handling, such as significant dents, cracks, or other damage resulting from drops, forceful impact, or misuse.

Please note our warranty does not cover items that are lost or stolen.
