International Shipping
FindURings is shipping covering North America. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. We offer several shipping methods including FedEx, USPS, DHL, UPS, and EMS. Before shipping your order, we normally need 3–7 business days to prepare your products, conduct strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items.
Due to challenges posed by the pandemic, our carrier is temporarily experiencing shipping delays, which may affect your delivery. We are always working to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible.

*For your convenience, we are happy to ship our products to most places in the world (except non-shipping countries). Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.

Taxes & Duties
Our shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, such as tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee, and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties, please contact the Customs Agency in your country.
Shipping Time
Orders will be shipped out within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends). If you have any special requirements, please leave us a message, and we will do our best to ship the order according to your needs.
Once an order is shipped, an automated shipping confirmation email is sent to you with tracking information.

Shipping Tracking
If you have placed an order, you can visit: My Account > Orders. Find the corresponding order number and check its delivery status. You can go to the logistics company's website, enter the tracking number, and view the tracking information.
Shipping Damage
All products are carefully packaged for shipment, and damage is rare. If you receive a damaged product, please take photos and contact us immediately. (Digital photos of the damaged product are necessary for our damage claims. Proof must be sent to us within 48 hours of receiving the item.) We will reply within 48 hours.
Package Returned
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items not accepted into a specific country. Please check the delivery status in time. If the package arrives locally, contact your post office.
